Before returning any plant item: If at any point you are concerned that your plant is showing signs of poor health, as there is often a simple solution that can prevent the loss of your plant. Contact us at warranty.timberrungardens@gmail.com.

Include picture(s), plant information, contact information and date of purchase.

Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

Animal / deer damage of any kind(eating, rubbing or breaking), weather damage such as wind, hail, snow, lightning strikes, etc. , damage from vandalism or drivers, plants planted in pots or above ground replacements.

2. Replacements, Annuals, Vegetables, Herbs, House Plants, Water Plants, Live or Cut Christmas Trees and Clearance.
